Parking is available in the church parking lot. If the parking lot is full when you arrive, there is more parking available directly across from First Baptist on the east side of Adams St S. All parking is free.
The ceremony and reception are both at First Baptist. Please note that the seating for the ceremony will be church pews and for the reception will be folding chairs. If you need a cushion or backrest of some sort, feel free to bring one.

7pm All people, decorations, and belongings are out of the building per First Baptist’s request.
Our reception will be nontraditional in that it is not a programmed reception, including no speeches, no dance, and no send-off. Enjoy the variety of snacks, mingle with the other guests, and partake of the various stations we have set up around the room! Feel free to leave at the time you need to (whether that’s due to other responsibilities or your social battery flashing “low”), and feel free to stay all the way until the end and help with clean-up if you’re willing and able.
Another way our wedding is nontraditional is that it will be alcohol-free and tobacco-free. We are also asking that guests do not bring gifts and instead consider giving to one of the charities we have highlighted — see our “Registry” page for more details!
What To Wear
We’re asking that you get gussied up and wear something fun for you! We want you to be yourself and wear clothes that you’re physically and emotionally comfortable in, that reflect you and your style, that you’re excited to wear, and that make you feel a little fancy. Whether you love formal evening wear or have to work your way up to a nice shirt for a first date, wear the best version of your favorite outfit.
Also, we’re hoping to get at least one photo with each guest (including plenty of candid photos!), so your chosen outfit will be in our wedding album.
The ceremony and reception will be indoors, and there is air conditioning. If you get cold easily, we recommend having a second layer.
